Situated in the heart of Valpolicella Classico at an altitude of 150 and 450 metres above sea level, facing south-east. Soil composition: variable. Grass cover of the vineyard.
Traditionally, this wine goes very well with all types of red meat, both cooked and grilled, as well as with strong cheeses.
Dense, compact garnet red. Of great intensity, long-lasting, with ethereal scents, fruity from preserved Amarena cherries and dry plums, floral after dry flowers with the whole range of sweet spices. Rich in structure and noticeably soft with the counterpoint of velvety tannins.
